100 tonnes per year of recycled offcuts
All offcuts from our activity that come from the Relion and Talyn ranges are sent back to TecnoGi, where they are reintroduced into the manufacturing process of the recycled ranges we offer.
Biodegradable product range
We offer the first and most complete range of fully biodegradable materials for toe puffs, counters and interlinings, Biorel®. Contact us to learn about our eco-friendly materials.
100% renewable energy
Our two photovoltaic plants, installed at both production units, have a total installed capacity of 465 kW. About 60% of our total energy consumption comes from our own plants. The remainder also comes from renewable sources, including photovoltaic, wind and small hydro.
Electric commercial fleet
Our entire commercial fleet is electrified and currently consists of 11 fully electric vehicles. Our commitment is to gradually migrate the whole fleet to electric vehicles.
Lubricating oil treatment
We collect and send for treatment all the lubricating oils used in our manufacturing process, around 20,000 litres per year.
